Payments
We accept the following credit-cards: Visa/Dankort, VisaMasterCard, American Express. We will not charge your credit-card until we have shipped your order.

Subscriptions
For our Home & Hobby products a valid subscription is required to access your device measurements and alarms via our website, app and API.
The subscription will be automatically renewed until canceled. You may cancel any time.

Shipping & Handling
At Sensorist, we strive for a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should there be delays with the courier; Sensorist cannot be liable.

Goods are shipped with Danish Mail, and delivery may take up to 6 weeks, depending on where you are located.

Denmark - within 3 days

Inside EU - can take up to 10 days

US - can take up to 3 weeks

Rest of world - can take up to 6 weeks 

Returns
Sensorist gladly accepts returns. We require that you return the merchandise no later than 30 working days from the date of receipt. The returned goods must be in their original packaging. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check, we will credit your account/credit card in full. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, so that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses. If you have any questions regarding returns, please feel free to contact us at contact@sensorist.com  

Notification of Defects
All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to file an complaint about an item. As a customer, you can file a complaint about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or usage are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal usage, your right to complain is renounced. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact Customer Service, telephone +45 5059 5041 or send an e-mail to: contact@sensorist.com. Sensorist ApS does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.

Customs and sales tax/VAT
If your order is placed from an EU country, you will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT (25%) but no customs fee. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU, you will not have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT, but you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. Sensorist ApS is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
